Where I Ship
I currently ship artwork to the UK, Spain, Europe, and selected international destinations.
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.
Processing Times
Most products are printed to order. Typical processing time is 2–7 business days before dispatch, although this may vary during busy periods.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Spain: 3–7 business days.
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.
- Europe: 3–10 business days.
- International: 5–15 business days.
These are estimates and can vary depending on local postal services and customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered.
Customs & Import Charges
To provide faster delivery and reduce unnecessary shipping costs, orders are fulfilled through trusted production partners with printing facilities in several countries, including the UK, Europe, US, Australia, and New Zealand.
Where possible, your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address. This means that many customers will receive their order from within their own country or region and will not incur customs or import charges.
If an order needs to be shipped from another country, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:
- The damaged item.
- The packaging.
- The shipping label if possible.
I will work with the print or delivery partner to arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact me and I will investigate with the delivery provider.
